BHAGRIA FOUNDATION focuses on core pillars of education, health care, employment generation, poverty control, women literacy, women empowerment, marriage arrangement for needy/ economic weaker girls/ women Rural Transformation and fight against Injustice. It seeks to bring corporate systems and processes to social sector with an overall aim to create and support meaningful and innovative activities that address some of India's most pressing developmental challenges.

Exemplifying his deep commitment to education, Bhagria Foundation provides leadership to run an education institute (IOEI, India). He is also the inspiring and works in more speedy and to promote the slogans “Education For Everyone” and Each One Teach One". This initiative is impacting thousands of children, women, rural area people and needy people in the country.

In the area of healthcare, Bhagria Foundation organize various medical camps to help the poor/ needy and weaker section patience, so that they can be cured and make their lives healthy. He also directed to establishment of the Bhagria Charitable Hospital in various locations.
